Essential Roofing Supply Return Policy

Returns Accepted for 14 Days:
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in the original box or bucket, and undamaged. Please ensure that your items meet these criteria before initiating a return.

Condition for Returns:
- Unopened: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original box or bucket provided at the time of purchase.
- Undamaged: Items must be in their original condition, free from any damage.

Customer Provides Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is recommended that returned items are securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service to ensure their safe return to Essential Roofing Supply.

30% Restocking Fee:
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

Final Sales Items Cannot Be Returned:
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether an item is a final sale, please contact our customer service before completing your purchase.

Initiating a Return:
1. Contact our customer service to begin the return process.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning your item(s).

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees or shipping costs.
