Everything was delivered just as we ordered it. The only draw back was not receiving a tracking number without having to download an outside app to track.

Essential was the only location open, they even stayed an extra 1/2 hour waiting for our driver who was stuck in traffic. The product was equal to the major manufacturers. Best of all, they had it in stock when other providers were closed!
